Changing Your Screen Resolution

  1. Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel and then Display.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Under Screen Area, move the slide bar so that it reads no less than 1024 by 768 pixels.

  4. If you see a noticeable flicker, you may need to increase your refresh rate. You do this by clicking on the Advanced button, then the Monitor tab. Set your Refresh Frequency to a level where it no longer flickers.

  5. Click OK to save your changes.
